1Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All BetterShape products are digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital content is immediately accessible upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on digital product orders.

This applies even if:

• You change your mind after downloading the program
• You did not use or read the program
• You purchased a bundle but only wanted part of it

By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy for digital products.

2Tips — Non-Refundable

Tips are entirely voluntary contributions made at the time of checkout. Because tips are discretionary payments rather than payment for a specific product or service, they are non-refundable.

If you believe a tip was made in error — for example, due to a technical issue or an accidental duplicate charge — please contact us at contact@bettershape.com within 7 days. We handle all such cases individually and with care.

3Exceptions — When We Will Help

While we do not offer standard refunds, we will always work with you in the following situations:

• You were charged but did not receive your download link — We will resend it immediately or provide an alternative delivery method.
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge — We will investigate and issue a correction promptly.
• You were charged an amount you did not authorize — Please contact us right away with your order details so we can resolve it.

In any of these situations, email us at contact@bettershape.com with your order number and we will respond within 24–48 business hours.

4Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card provider without first contacting BetterShape, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide your bank with documentation including the order record, delivery confirmation, and this policy. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first — we are a small team and we are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
